My name is Emma, i am 33 years old and live in the village of Donore near Drogheda. My mam was a childminder throughout my entire childhood and i just loved having the children around. From the age of 15 i started babysitting myself, firstly for family members and then as a little job for my neighbors and family friends! At the age of 18 I got a job in retail and worked with the same company for 10 years, while doing babysitting on the side. I went back to collage in 2015 and completed a fetac level 5 in childcare with special needs. I was garda vetted then, but would be happy to get a more updated garda vetting. Between 2016 and 2020 (covid) i had been minding children full time. The last family i worked with had 3 girls who I absolutely loved working with, but with covid the job became non existent unfortunately! I was heartbroken over this as i loved working with that family. I am very reliable and trustworthy. I love spending time out in nature with my dogs, taking photos and painting. I enjoy getting creative with the children i mind, from seasonal arts and crafts to organising treasure hunts.
