Hello! My name is Rosalie, I am 23 years old and recently relocated to Ireland from the United States on a Working Holiday Authorisation (WHA). My WHA allows me to live and work in Ireland for up to a year. Prior to moving to Dublin, I worked as a mental health researcher in the US for a year following graduation from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences. I am passionate about my work in the mental health field and believe my experience with psychology and mental health, both in my work and education make me an incredibly caring, compassionate, knowledgable, and fun nanny. Throughout my time in college, I spent 4 years as a full and part-time nanny for two different families. I worked with children ages 3 months to 11 years old, allowing me to have a breadth of experience. I am incredibly thoughtful about my time working with children, as my babysitters and caretakers when I was a child made great impacts on my life and I remember them fondly. I have loved getting to see the kids that I worked with grow and not only make connections with myself, but with the world around them. In my free time, I love being outside in any capacity and have spent much of my first month in Dublin exploring the amazing parks and beaches surrounding the city. I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I am excited about the opportunity to potentially meet and connect with a new family in Ireland!
