Hi, I’m Paty. I am 26 years old. From Madrid, Spain. I´m studying at the moment a Tourism Management Master´s in the TUD. My availability is Monday and Friday full day, and free for babysitting on weekends. I´ve been living in Terenure, Dublin 6W for 2 years already. Minding two lovely kids (5 and 3 years old) during mid-week close to my house (able to have a reference). I consider myself fun, affectionate and joker, but also responsible and mature, with lots of patience. I’m very active, I always like to be doing things, expecting to have a great time. Also, I like animals and meeting new people. In Spain, I used to live with my parents, my brother and my grandmother. We get along very well, and we try to help each other as much as we can. We’re very close. In my free time, I usually spend time with my friends visiting places and going to the gym. I sing and play guitar and when I have more time I love to travel. Also I like cooking a lot, I make some very yummy recipes, it’s something that amuses me. My mother tongue is Spanish. I went to a bilingual school, so I have always studied English. I currently have an advanced level but I want to improve it further. I can teach Spanish and share my culture. About my experience with children, I´ve been helping families while I was studying for my degree in Spain for 3 years, and we always had so much fun. I’ve worked with two families, with both of them working towards the same thing. The children were between 5 and 7 years old. I picked them up from home in the morning and drove them to school. In the afternoon I picked them up again, took them to extra classes and then made them a snack and helped them with their homework until they were finished. Once it was all over, we played until it was time for me to leave. We keep in touch. I also often take care of my nephews, the boy is 4 years old and the girl 10 months old. They’re very tender. We had a great time together. My first experience in Dublin was living with a family as an Aupair, taking care of a 2-year-old girl. She was lovely. We had so much fun playing in the park on the swings and the slides, she loved it. Also, she liked to read animal books just to listen to me make the sounds. Everyday I get ready the breakfast and lunch for her, leave and pick her up from the school and give her a bath after playing. At the moment, I´m minding 2 kids in Terenure, 5 and 3 years old. I pick them up from school, go to the library to read and colour, also we go to Bushy Park or Rathfarnham Castle to play in the playground and play some games at home.
