Hello, everyone! My name is Joelma, I’m 27 years old, I’m Brazilian, I’m living in Ratoath and it's a pleasure to be here to share about my passion and profession as a childminder. As an experienced childcare provider, my goal is to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children starting from 3 months old. In my role as a childminder, I take care of the children as if they were my own family. I believe that each child is unique and brings a world of discoveries with them. My daily routine is carefully planned to ensure that each child has opportunities to learn, play, and grow in a loving environment. Furthermore, I prioritize providing healthy and appropriate meals, following the parents' guidance regarding their children's preferences. Over the years, I have gained experience in dealing with various situations, from behavioral challenges to emergency care. My top priority is always the safety and well-being of the children, and I am prepared to act responsibly and swiftly in any circumstance.
