Hey there family! I am Dayna, I am from Newbridge Kildare. I just arrived back and am settling in after being in Asia for a year, studying and travelling. I studied in UCC, Cork for 4 years, and then left to go to India the following September. In India I studied to become a yoga teacher for over 2 months. I then traveled to Bali and Thailand. I ended up living in Pai, Thailand for 6 months. While in Thailand, I started teaching English online to Chinese children. I am still doing this today. I started facilitating ecstatic dance, which is an embodiment technique that is done completely sober and with lots of people. When I got back to Ireland in October, I began teaching yoga in Newbridge- both group and individual classes. I am facilitating ecstatic dance workshops bi-weekly and host women's circles once a month. I am very active, love being outside and LOVE play. Basically I incorporate everything a child is, into an adult lifestyle. I have babysat many children and always have worked with kids. I am very easy-going, trustworthy and honest. I like clear and open communication at all costs. As you can tell, I can adapt to many situations and lifestyles. Fitting in with your schedule and family will be easy for me.
