Hi there! My name is Lucy Dempsey, I am a 25-year-old trainee solicitor from Dublin. This year I am attending the Law Society's Professional Practice Course full time and so I am back on a college schedule with a lot more extra time between studies to babysit. I have lots of experience minding children over the years, from my own younger brother, cousins, and neighbours and I have babysat regularly for various families in my locality. I also coached hockey camps for kids aged 5-12 years so I have plenty of experience in keeping them engaged and entertained. I have two dogs and have no problem with animals. Additionally, I spent 6 weeks volunteering in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, working with children and young adults (between [removed] years old) who were both mentally and physically disabled. Duties included physiotherapy sessions every morning, feeding, playing, dancing and generally interacting with and keeping the children happy and entertained. My schedule is flexible and I am free most weekday evenings, as well as Monday and Friday mornings, and weekends where required and possible. I have my own transport.
