Ensuring a safe and tidy living environment for the client. 5)Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship. Engaging in conversation, reading, or other activities to promote social well-being. 6) Monitoring Health Conditions: Keeping an eye on the client's overall health and reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
