I am a caring, patient, and compassionate person with three years of experience working with children with a range of additional needs. Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing individualised support, as every child has their own personality, abilities, communication style, and needs. I am attentive, dependable, and able to remain calm and reassuring in challenging situations, while creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and understood. My interest in psychology has further strengthened my understanding of behaviour, emotional wellbeing, communication, and the importance of empathy. I am passionate about building trusting relationships with the children I support and encouraging their independence, confidence, development, and overall wellbeing......
